Invited talks at several forums and events – eg., NEN Entrepreeurship week Valedictory function talk for Sri Ramachandra Medical College, in Mar 2013, ROTARY talk on MUSIC and MIND in Dec 2011, Several Talks in CSI/IEEE Chennai chapter on MINDWARE, Computers and Music, ERP, etc .

Conducted MINDWARE training workshops several times, and done customized versions of these courses for companies like Embedur Systems, DGLH&LS JamNagar, Maveric Systems, ZIFO Technologies, etc.

Conducted MINDWARE-based students workshops, seminars at school and college levels, for institutes like VIT, Vellore, Sri Ramachandra Medical College, schools like Harshree Vidyashram, Sri Vidya Niketan School, RASIPURAM etc. Some of these were also conducted for the faculty to build awareness on learning systems and competency development approaches.

Conducted (several of these as the main faculty and some as a contributing member) several short-term courses and training programs as a trainer and coach for several companies like 3-Edge Systems, VAMSOFT, L&T Infotech, Maveric Systems, Tychons Pvt Ltd (earlier Brij Datalink) Ennovasys Technologies, Infocareer Pvt Ltd., on subjects like Quality Systems, SDLC, Software Engineering, Project Management etc.

Also handled many training sessions a in-house' to be corrected as 'as in-house faculty' training resource while in employmet with several top companies like RMACO Systems, Infosys, CMC (now TCS) , on subjects like : Systems Analysis, SDLC, Quality Systems, Programming Concepts, ERP, Product implementation processes, Process Auditing.

Taught several courses as visiting professor/adjunct faculty in well-known educational institutions and universities.

Most of the subjects were core subjects in the systems area, and some were electives in systems area, for MBA, PG dip courses in management areas, ME, and one for a MCA program.   • IIT Madras – MBA program – handled two courses – Software Engineering and Project Management, and ERP, plus gave guest lectures for part of the course on ERP for other terms.
