He also has mentored and guided through workshops and other forums, several educational support activities and has been conducting creativity and effectiveness workshops.

Varalakshmi Bhaskaran is an experienced educational services professional. She has specialized in language and early education and is passionate about improving effectiveness of early education, currently running several programs complementing the academic learning in schools.
