BILVAA Global Systems offers several products and services in the domain of learning, competency development and productivity improvement. The beneficiaries are corporate professionals and knowledge solutions companies in one segment, and in the other segment, early-stage learners from students at Montessori school level upto university students. The third segments "Special Education" is under pilot, with one of our key mentors being a certified special educator for dyslexics and the designer of the first Indian Educational software package for dyslexics.

In terms of functional skills and domains, it ranges from language skills at the Montessori level on one end to self-development, motivational and functional workshops like project management practices, for professionals in IT sector. The corporate level competency-development is not limited to the IT sector, though a major part of our work has been for the IT sector.

We are working on our methodologies and technology-aids to increase our offerings, as well as to offer 'train-the-trainer' workshops. Please see details of all the current offerings. We also welcome new enquiries and request for proposals on new areas of competency building and people-development.

These offerings have been ideated by K. Bhaskaran, a B Tech from IIT, experienced as a pioneer in conceptualizing, and operationalising remote-delivery of several knowledge-based services across continents, and his team of associates, based on several years of management, training and building technology teams and solutions, as well as experience in early-stage education, working with NGO's in education and in interdisciplinary projects involving music, holistic learning and mind. Other aspects which have contributed to the evolution of these methods is experience as a practioner of awareness-building at an individual level, from the incubators.
